Explain your offer and make it easy to enquire
Business website design
Visitors want to know whether you can help, what to expect and how to contact you. We build your website around those questions, from page structure to the enquiry reaching the right person.
What this solves
We start with your services and the questions customers ask. Which services need their own page? What information is needed for a quote? This determines the structure. Your text, photography and examples must work just as clearly on a phone as on a desktop.
For an existing site, we review Search Console and Analytics data where available. Pages that already attract visitors are part of the migration plan. If a URL changes, we plan its redirect rather than losing useful content and existing links during a redesign.
Before delivery we check navigation, forms, mobile layouts, page titles and indexability. We agree where enquiries should arrive and how receipt is checked. If you need a connection to a CRM or moving-company system, we assess and quote for that separately.
The proposal specifies pages, content, design and development, including what you provide and what we create. Domain management, hosting, maintenance and future changes are discussed separately so the initial project and ongoing costs are clear.
What does this service include?
- Page structure based on services and customer questions
- Mobile and desktop design
- Help with clear, original copy
- Enquiry form with success and failure handling
- Page titles, sitemap and redirects
- Enquiry measurement respecting cookie choices
Questions before you start
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. We assess what can be retained: content, technology, URLs and measurement data. Then we recommend targeted improvements or a rebuild. A completely new website is not always necessary.
Is maintenance included?
Delivery and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately. The proposal identifies included changes, hosting and support, and how additional work is handled.
Can forms connect to my software?
This depends on the software and available interfaces. We first assess required fields, access and what should happen if the connection is temporarily unavailable.
Clear scope before you commit
A practical starting point
We start with your main services, page structure and enquiry route.
What the proposal covers
The proposal separates development, copy and any integrations. Page count, design and the content available determine the scope.
What happens next
Hosting, maintenance and SEO are separate arrangements. You choose what to hand over after launch.
Before you decide
Redesign your website with existing search visibility in mind
Include existing pages, search data and redirects in your redesign. Prepare checks for the migration and the period after the new site launches.
